Itinerary
This safari features three major parks : Amboseli National Park – Famous for the breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and the great herd of elephants. Samburu Game Reserve – A unique park to the north of the equator with rugged landscapes and home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Gravy’s zebra, blue - necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. Maasai Mara Game Reserve – This is one of the Kenya’s most popular game Reserve, home to the Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant.
DAY 1: Nairobi
Upon arrival into Nairobi, clients will be met and transferred to their hotel where you will spend the night on a bed and breakfast basis (Check in time 14:00). Depending on time of arrival clients may choose to add an optional excursion.
DAY 2: Nairobi/Fly Amboseli
0600hrs pick at your city hotel and transfer Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Amboseli National Park departing at 0730hrs to arrive at 0810hrs. On arrival, you are met and transferred to Camp / Lodge with game drive en route. After lunch, an afternoon game follows. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge Meal Plan : Lunch and Dinner
DAY 3: Amboseli
Full day spent in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. The majestic and breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro can be seen at this time. All meals and overnight at camp/lodge Meal Plan : Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner
DAY 4: Amboseli / Fly Nairobi / Fly Samburu
After breakfast at the Lodge, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Nairobi departing at 0820hrs to arrive at 0900hrs. Connect to your Samburu flight departing at 0915hrs to arrive at 1030hrs. Meet at the airstrip by the host and transfer to Camp. Lunch and afternoon game drive. DAY 5: Samburu
Full day spent in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives . All meals and overnight at camp /lodge Meal Plan : {Breakfast,lunch & dinner}
DAY 6: Samburu/Fly Maasai Mara
After breakfast at Camp transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Maasai Mara National Reserve departing at 0830hrs to arrive at 1015hrs. Meet and the airstrip and transfer to the Camp with game drive en route. After lunch proceed on an afternoon game drive. Dinner and Overnight the Luxury Camp Meal Plan : {Breakfast,lunch & Dinner }
DAY 7: Maasai Mara
After early morning Tea/Coffee, proceed for an early morning game drive followed by a Hippo Pool Breakfast served by the Mara River teeming with hippos. The rest of the morning is at leisure. DAY 8: Maasai Mara/Fly Nairobi
After breakfast transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled Nairobi flight departing at 1015hrs to arrive at 1215hrs. Meet at Wilson Airport and transfer to have lunch at carnivore then later proceed to your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your international flight home. Meal Plan : Breakfast & Lunch
